Live With No Fears and No Regrets

Fear can be a very debilitating thing. It can hold you back from experiencing new things and even accomplishing your dreams. The fear of change is a big one. Change can be a hard thing to handle and difficult to get used to. This could hold you back from things like moving to a new city. If your dream is to live somewhere else don’t live the fear of the unknown keep you from moving to a new place where you know you will be much happier.

Moving to a new city can be very exciting. Especially when it involves a new career or life change. For students who are recently graduated or about to graduate, the idea of moving out of state might start to come up. But this is also where doubts and feelings of panic might start to come up as well. Don’t let these feelings get to you. You can not live your life in fear. That is not living. Life is meant to be lived by creating memories, experiencing new things, seeing new places, and meeting new people. The feeling of regret is a lot harder to deal with. You don’t want to live the rest of your life wondering “what if?”

You can encounter fear in all aspects of life. Whether it is something small like the fear of pubic speaking, or more important like the fear of commitment which could prevent you from getting married and living a happy life. Fear can be a road block on the path to happiness but ONLY if you let it. Fear can always be overcome. It is psychological. Once you get over it, you are free to do anything your heart desires and truly be happy. The happiest people are the ones you do exactly what they want to do and don’t let anyone or anything keep them from doing it. Not even themselves. You’re your own biggest enemy. Once you learn to live with no fears and no regrets, you can actually begin to live.

“In the end, we only regret the chances we didn’t take, relationships we were afraid to have, and the decisions we waited too long to make.”
